At The Festival

No. Sorry.

Yes, we are an outdoor venue and our concerts are RAIN OR SHINE. Please plan around the weather. That being said, the safety of the artist(s), fans and staff come first. If severe weather threatens the area, we will evacuate the premises until it is safe for the show to resume. In case of inclement weather: we will make on-site announcements and post on our social media accounts (Facebook and Instagram). During an evacuation, all concert goers will be instructed to evacuate to their vehicles. For those who do not have a vehicle onsite, we will provide further instructions.

Outside food and coolers can not come into the main festival area where the bands are playing. You are more than welcome to bring everything that you need to have an enjoyable weekend at your campsite or within the Tailgate Experience zone.

No. Please stay within the designated festival/event areas.

Yes vendors will accept either cash or card.

Yes, and no. We'll have performer schedules posted in July. For now, music starts at 12PM with Payton Clark and runs until 10PM when we wrap up the night with fireworks and a bonfire.

At your campsite? Of course! In the specially setup Tailgate Experience zone? Please do! In the free parking lots - nope!

Yes, you must be 16+ OR accompanied by a parent or guardian to attend our events. You must be 21+ to consume alcohol.

No weapons, no glass containers, no laser pointers, no frowning for our photographer.

Parking

General (free) parking is located nearby the event area and an easy walk. We also have ADA and motorcycle parking areas which are located nearby the Festival Show Grounds. The VIP Parking lot is across from the Festival Show Grounds and included with your VIP ticket.

General parking is FREE.

Yep! A parking volunteer will direct you to your area.

Yes, accessible parking is available. We ask that you have your permit displayed and please follow the parking volunteers directions.

Yes, VIP Parking is located directly next to the Festival Show Grounds and included with your VIP ticket.

Parking lots open at 10AM.

For GPS, Google Maps, etc. use: 2990 Nye Rd, Rock Stream, NY 14878. Nye Rd runs alongside of Watkins Glen Mini Storage and is across from Barnstormer Winery on NY Route 14.

Please use the main entrance to Rock Stream Retreat which is located on Nye Road just off of NY-14. It will be on your left as you go up the hill coming from NY-14.

Camping

Absolutely! BUT please bring a fire ring, we can't have open fires. We'll have firewood available for sale near the entrance.

No, all sites are "dry" sites without any services. Clute Park Campground at the bottom of the hill and Watkins Glen State Park both offer water and dumping stations.

Yes, but please be considerate of your neighbors when running it. Safety note: Point all generator vents away from neighboring tents, RVs, and sleeping areas to prevent dangerous exhaust buildup.

Since there's one camping unit (RV, travel trailer or tent) per site, it comes down to your comfort level. :-)

One sleeping unit (RV, tent, camper, etc) and two vehicles are allowed per regular campsite – no exceptions. Tent City has a one vehicle restriction.

No, please bring your own trash bags and pack-out whatever you bring in.

As long as you have the proper passes on yourself and your vehicle, you can come and go as you please.

Current plans are to have the campground open at 7AM on July 25th. Check your email for any changes.

VIP

Did you check out all of the perks you receive with a VIP ticket? We tried to load them up, and also keep them affordable. Prices start with the EARLY BIRD - $50, ADVANCE SALE - $60, and DAY OF EVENT - $75.

Our VIP ticket package is loaded with coolness! It includes a concert ticket, exclusive lounge access with private bar, restrooms, and seating area, VIP parking lot pass, event t-shirt, commemorative lanyard, Rock Stream Retreat koozie, and membership into our Rock Stream Rowdies club. (Membership allows early access to all future concert tickets at a discounted rate.)

Hotels/Lodging

We HIGHLY recommend The Hotel Laurel, which just happens to be about a mile down the road from us towards Watkins Glen. The views of Seneca Lake are AMAZING and their Grill At The Laurel has some of the yummiest food around. Visit: TheHotelLaurel.com

Tickets/Wristbands

Yes! You can purchase a physical General Admission ticket with cash or a credit card at the Watkins Glen Mini Storage office (4195 NY-14 Rock Stream, NY 14878) Monday-Friday 9AM-1PM or Saturdays between 9AM-1PM.

Yes, everyone coming into the venue will need to have purchased an admission ticket; including children.

Yes! Group discounts available on purchases of 12, or more, General Admission tickets. Call 607-227-3278.

General Admission tickets are only $35 and on the day of the event $45. That's it! No service charges, sales tax, inconvenience fees, or my baby needs a new ride fees. Nothing. We're sick of the cost of almost everything this year so we're covering all fees and providing an event that we would want to go to. AND could afford to attend.

Important!

Our fans’ safety is our number one priority and you will find clearly designated Security staff at all entrances.

· All people entering the festival grounds do so at their own risk. No liability is assumed by owners, managers, officers, agents, employees, promoters, sponsors, or any other individuals or entities associated with the event.
· Any person on the festival grounds is subject to being photographed for festival promotional purposes with no prior approval and no compensation.
· The Fireside Festival is not responsible for your camping spot, for personal injury, loss, left, or damage to any person or property. Please lock up all personal belongings.

The festival will take place rain or shine. The Fireside Festival, in cooperation with local emergency services, will provide the most up-to-date weather information available. Weather announcements will be made on stage, including notifications on our social media channels if severe weather threatens the area. All acts advertised have confirmed their appearance at the festival; however, acts are subject to change without notice. There will be no refunds or exchanges resulting from any act’s failure to appear at the festival.

Vendor Application

Next year the Fireside Festival will be two days instead of one. Reach out if you're interested in being a vendor for the last full weekend of July 2027.
